The
sign up Board for the Auxiliary Soup-a-Thon is now hanging in the Post
Lounge. Please feel free to write down your name and what you will be
donating to this fund raising event. By telling us what type of soup or
dessert you intend to bring will help to assure that we don't have a lot
of duplicates.
The event will run from 1-4 pm. Sunday February 2 in the post lounge. For
those of you unfamiliar with the concept, people donate soups and
desserts, each person buys a bowl and a spoon, and you get to sample any
or all of the soups, eat to your hearts delight (or until the soup is
all gone)
There
will also be a 50/50 drawing and a Basket Raffle/Chinese Auction so
bring your wallets, donate your soups and desserts, and any new items
you have in your home that you just have no real use for but someone
else might want.
